Cloud Computing

Cloud computing is a model that enables ubiquitous, convenient, on-demand access to a shared pool of configurable computing resources that can rapidly be provisioned at any time and from any location via the Internet or a network. Characteristic features of cloud services, as described below, include servicebased provision of IT resources, on-demand self-service, ubiquitous access, multitenancy, location independence, rapid elasticity, and pay-per-use billing.
